Abstract


Banks realized in the economies of developed countries, the critical importance of quality services in achieving interaction with the internal and external environment of the bank and its implications on the level of service provided and customer satisfaction. The purpose of the case study of Kenya commercial banks (KCB) set out is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of the banking sector in South Sudan based on customer perception regarding service quality. This case study uses primary data collected through a well structure questionnaire. The research was motivated by the fact that there is limited research on service quality on customer satisfaction in Commercial banks especially in South Sudan.
