TECHNICAL CONSIDERATIONS IN RECONSTRUCTION OF PARTIAL DEFECTS OF THE BURNED EAR

Abstract
Twenty patients of post-bum ear deformities were be included in this study. Patients were be selected at random as regard age and sex, fresh as well as old bum were be included in this study. Precise clinical evaluation were be done as• regard coverings, cartilaginous skeleton, aesthetic appearance involvement of the external auditory meatus. The reconstruction of each case were be tailored to these finding. Post operative follow up for 3 months were be done to evaluate the sequential changes and ultimate result.
