Abstract

The problem of the study crystallized in the following research question : "How committed the talk shows to Arabic-speaking satellite channels are to the ethical and professional standards and to the trends of Egyptian teenagers towards them ? " . The importance of study : The importance of the study lies in the following points : 1- The importance of ethical and professional standards that regulate the practice of media work in different media to produce meaningful work that leads to the credibility of these media to the public . 2-Talk shows are a powerful media influence on the media scene, which contributes to changing the attitudes of young people and influencing public opinion . 3-The impact of Arabic-language satellite channels on Arab society in general and on teenagers in particular because they are channels directed from foreign countries targeting the Arab community. . 4-The importance of the age group (18-21 years) sample study The objectives of the study : 1- Get to know the most Arabic-speaking satellite channels that teenagers are keen to watch . 2-Identify ing the advantages and disadvantages of Arabic-speaking satellite channels from the point of view of the sample study . 3-Identify the most important features that should be available in the presenter of talk shows on Arabic-speaking satellite channels from the point of view of the sample study. 4-To know the extent of the commitment of the contact with the satellite channels speaking arabic language to the manners of media dialogue in the talk shows . 5-To know the availability of ethical and professional standards in the talk shows presented in arabic-speaking satellite channels .
