Abstract
The researcher addressed the research problem and the study plan through an introduction that review the importance of preparing the teacher properly, the need to prepare him/her in light of curriculum in various stages of general education, having relevant language skills so as to provide teacher with a competent wide-ranging experiences, able to constantly learn and develop his personality on the one hand, the success of the educational process on the other hand, then talk about social constructivism as basis of talking about how to train student teachers , possessing school linguistic skills within and after field training, feeling of the problem that indicated that there is a weakness in the level of student teacher in the language skills, then identify the research problem, its objectives, importance, research tools, educational subjects, limits, hypothesis, terms, steps and procedures.
