Abstract


Students' engagement is the psychological, behavioral and social connectedness of students to the college, the more students are engaged in the academic and social life of a college, the more they interact with faculty and peers about academic issues and more likely they are to learn. Engagement of students into the college environment is necessary for better academic outcomes of students and improving their satisfaction level (Carr, 2016). Students' engagement allows them to get more involved intellectually, socially and physically in academic-related activities and lead to students' response to positive teaching outcomes including adequate support, positive feedback, and satisfaction with college environment (Lysne, Miller & Eitel, 2013).
This study was aimed to assess the relationship between students' engagement and their satisfaction regarding bachelor nursing program.
The research question which stated that is there a relationship between students' engagement and their satisfaction regarding bachelor nursing program?" .A descriptive cross-sectional correlational design was utilized in conducting the study. This study was conducted at Faculty of Nursing Ain Shams University; the faculty included seven different scientific departments.
