Abstract


Visual impairment is one of the widespread phenomena in society. There is no doubt that the sense of sight is one of the most important human senses, as it plays a vital role in human learning and development. Deprivation from the sense of sight causes the child’s losing his daily experiences related to the image, color and shape and prevents him from forming mental images of most things in the environment. It is well known, that the formation of mental images of things, storing them and summoning them when needed is considered one of the most important components of the learning process.
The blind person is exposed to multiple types of conflicts, as he is in conflict between the motive for enjoying the joys of life and the motive for seclusion to seek safety, the motive for independence and the motive for care; on the one hand, he desires to have an independent personality without interference from others, but at the same time he cannot accomplish on his own. An emotionally balanced child has the ability to withstand the delay in satisfying needs. Solving problems is one of the main jobs should be developed for blind child, so, he feels participating in society through scientific thinking and actual application.
