Abstract
Enterprises are surrounded by many kinds risks that affecting during them life, the primary goal for the business organizations is to continue and grow to maximize the wealth of owners, the environment in which these organizations operate is dynamic with no stability, so enterprises have different variables of economic, financial and legislative, as well as technological, developments policy and biological risk that affecting on the performance of these enterprises.
The financial distress due to several reasons, including economic reasons, financial reasons, and administrative reason, maybe several combined causes that contribute to the occurrence of financial distress, some studies of predicting financial failure imply that the reasons are due to administrative decisions that affect positively or negatively impact on the origination, scientists used many explanatory variables, including data from financial indicators, financial markets, economic indicators, and financial information, to find some models that would give an expected picture of The financial health of the organization.
