Abstract
The positive relationships between the teacher and the students are considered as an essential matter for the healthy growth of the student; but the negative relations affect the student in a negative way; and affects his growth; this means that relations between them affect -essentially and directly the formation of their character.
This takes place either cognitively or emotionally ,therefore this study depends on the study of the perceptions of the students of the basic education stage of the teacher’s leadership behavior and its relation with some psychological variables they may have.
In the light of the empirical and theoretical evidences ; we may regard the perceived leadership relation of the teacher as linked to some psychological variables such as: academic enjoyment, academic self-efficacy, and perceived classroom environment
The problem of the study:
The problem of the study is summarized in the following hypothesis:
1. There is a good fit between the suggested perceived leadership behavior of the teacher in its relation to academic enjoyment, academic self-efficacy, and the perceived classroom environment and the data of the sample of the study
