Evaluation of Some long non coding RNAs in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Marwa Adel Abou- Elwafa;

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the Lnc-RNA expression (Lnc-IRF2-3 and Lnc-ZNF667) in early stages of CLL patients and in healthy patients, find out the correlation between Lnc-ZNF667 and apoptotic genes (BAX, Bcl-2) in CLL patients. Also, correlate Lnc-IRF2-3 and Lnc-ZNF667 expression patterns with prognosis and prognostic markers to outline their possible role in CLL outcome. A total of 135 CLL patients were selected to participate in the study and 30 healthy patients as a control group which obtained from donor who don't receive any chemotherapeutic regimen or radiation.
