Assess the Quality of Life among Infertile Couples

Abstract
Infertility is a lifetime crisis of deepest nature. Majority of couples spend most of the time of their reproductive age in planning to prevent unplanned pregnancy, assuming that, the process of childbearing would happen spontaneously as they wish. In such situations, inability to conceive would break them completely and bring complete havoc in the family system as whole (Atri, S.2011).
Infertility management and treatment has taken a leap forward in the last decade, with lots of advancements and technology being embedded into the management process. (Atri, S.2011).
Aim of the study:
The present study aimed to assess quality of life among infertile couples.
Research question:
1. What is the effect of infertility on couple's quality of life?
2. Is there a relationship between infertility and quality of life?
