Abstract

The present study is a clinical evaluation of the bicmiical transalveolar screws as a method of maxillomandibular fixation MMF in closed reduction of mandibular fractures.

Ten cases of favourable mandibular fracture which necessisate closed reduction and•indirect skeletal fixation were inCluded in this study, all patients were free from any systemic diseases.
