Abstract
The aim of using mesenchymal stem cells in form of Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) combined with distraction osteogenesis to enhance the bone quality and quantity of the distracted bone regenerate . Mechanical properties of newly formed callus is not evaluated in most of previous research work, so this research is focusing this point because the physical properties are the most important parameters for the clinician to evaluate the distracted callus.
