Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome is the commonest endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age. It affects round 4-9% of women in reproductive age. Aim of the Work: to investigate the effect of pyridostigmine on the ovulation rate in clomiphene resistance PCOS women.
