Abstract
AIM OF THE WORK
Primary objective:
To evaluate the effect of omega 3 supplementations on antioxidant capacity using malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in Egyptian children with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Secondary objective:
To determine the efficacy of omega 3 supplementation in improving the lipid profile, liver enzymes, body mass composition and grading of fatty liver in Egyptian children with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
