Abstract
Abstract:
Background: NLRP3 inflammasome is a high molecular weight
complex of proteins and is relevant for several human allergic and
inflammatory disorders including allergic dermatitis as atopic dermatitis and
chronic urticaria. Objective: to clarify the relation between polymorphism
in inflmmasome gene in chronic spontaneous urticaria patients and atopic
dermatitis patients.Methodology: )
