The administrative Requirements to include deaf students at faculty of specific education- Ain Shams University: case study

Abstract
The instructional academic life with its various academic, social, and administrative aspects shapes diverse sources of stress and situations which may face students generally and students with special needs particularly during their academic study, and there is no doubt that these students have needs in the instructional academic life which have a great effect in achieving their academic success, so satisfying or meeting the needs of students of special needs is considered a basic factor in improving their adaptation, academic success, and dealing with different life situations.
University Student with special needs are considered a challenge for universities, whereas their number is increased annually in various countries, also the process of their integration is connected with some questions which helps in explaining this change in statistics which related especially to the development of legislations that acknowledge this right, and the implementation of comprehensive educational practices, the integration of new technologies, and providing the academic support services for students with special needs.
Thus, the main goal of this research is centered in an attempt to reach a group of administrative requirements to include deaf students at faculty of specific education- Ain Shams University, then reach to a group of suggested procedures to meet these requirements. To achieve this goal the research depended on the descriptive methodology as it is a suitable methodology to the research nature, the research also uses the questioner as a tool to recognize the availability of these administrative requirements to include deaf students at faculty of specific education- Ain Shams University.
