Abstract

تربية ما قبل المدرسة بالولايات في الكومونولث الاسترالي يتناول البحث تربية ما قبل المدرسة بالولايات الاسترالية الست وهي بالترتيب الأبجدي بالانجليزية جنوب ويلز الجديدة New South Wales، وكوينزلاند Queensland، وجنوب استراليا South Australia، وتسمانيا Tasmania، وفيكتوريا Victoria، وغرب استراليا Western Australia، وذلك من حيث نوعية الخدمة المقدمة، والادارة والتمويل، والبرامج، والهيئة العاملة، ومشاركة الآباء، ويبدأ البحث بعرض أهم العوامل التاريخية والجغرافية والبشرية والاقتصادية المؤثرة في تربية ما قبل المدرسة بالولايات، وينتهي بتقديم عدد من التوجهات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في تحسين تربية ما قبل المدرسة بمصر، ومن بين ذلك تعزيز اللامركزية، والمرونة والتنوع في وضع البرامج، وتلبية الحاجات الأساسية للطفل داخل المجتمع المحلي، وتنمية قدرات الهيئة العاملة، وتوسيع أطر المشاركة المجتمعية

Pre-school Education in the States of the Australian Commonwealth The research deals with pre-school education in the six Australian states: New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. A number of points are discussed; namely, the kind of services found, administration and funding, the programs offered, the workforce and parent involvement. Some historical, geographical, economic and population indicators that could influence pre-school education in the Australian states are pointed out; and, the research ends by giving some ideas that can very well help in improving pre-school education in Egypt as well as, perhaps, in the neighboring countries in the region. Chief among these ideas are decentralization, flexibility and variety, localization, a workforce action plan and community partnership.
