Abstract
This chapter presents a summary of this study. It also presents its conclusions, pedagogical implications, recommendations, and suggestions for further research. The problem of vocabulary acquisition and reading comprehension is one of the challenges that EFL learners, particularly those in preparatory schools, confront. Since vocabulary and reading comprehension are crucial skills in language acquisition, many scholars look at potential elements that might help with vocabulary and reading comprehension development. EFL scholars suggest that a pleasant and encouraging environment may significantly aid to the process of acquiring vocabulary and reading comprehension. Furthermore, one of the teaching techniques that provide amusing, calming, and appealing situations is the use of AR apps.
