Abstract


Microbial diseases, hazardous chemicals, and radioactive materials may all pose a risk to healthcare seekers if they are not properly controlled. It’s all about preventing disease and contamination in the food supply chain by following best practices for the production, handling, storage, and preparation of food (WHO, 2015).
