Abstract


Summary
The study of APL - Ab has generated considerable interest in women with un explained repeated fetal loss, the judgement that fetal death will occur is directly related to titre of IgG isotype level.
In this study, two groups of pregnant patients with history of repeated fetal loss were screened for ACL-IgG isotype by ELIZA technique.
Group 1 : included 10 pregnant patients in first trimester.
Groupe 2 : Included 10 pregnant patients in 2nd trimester .
Another two groups of non pregnant females were similarly investigated .
Group 3 : Included 10 non pregnant patients with history of repeated fetal loss.
Group 4 : Control group of healthy non pregnant patients.
Serum creatinine, serum uric acid and complete blood picture
(included Hb, RBcs, WBcs and platelets count) were also recorded .
Also blood presseur, history of DVT and number of abortions would be recorded.
