الطرق والأساليب المستخدمة في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي من جانب المديرات برياض الأطفال التجريبية بشرق القاهرة : دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

The study aims at investigating the methods and techniques the directors of the experimental kindergartens use in order to manage organizational conflict. The field study is made in the East of Cairo, Egypt. Ten directors of ten experimental kindergartens in the region as well as 72 teachers have taken part in that field study. According to the directors, it is revealed that the main methods used to manage organizational conflict run in this order: confrontation, containment, accommodation, avoidance, and stimulation. The teachers add that the techniques used by the directors in order to manage organizational conflict run in this order: forcing, accommodating, withdrawing, compromising, and collaborating. The study ends by giving some general and some specific recommendations that refer to the methods that can be used for dealing with organizational conflict, as well as the techniques that can be used to manage organizational conflict.
