AbstractThe research deals with process engineering in order to apply this contemporary approach to the national standards of the kindergarten teacher published in October, 2008. The questionnaire is administered to 87 early childhood education teachers in the north Cairo zone, specifically, at Sahil and Zaytoun sub-zones. The results indicate that teachers are not trained to accept change and that top management does not pay very much attention to job satisfaction. Team work fails, modern technology is not used on a wide scale and the civic society does not take part in finding more financial resources. The research ends with giving some recommendations and suggestions that can permit a favorable environment which helps to enforce the national standards of the kindergarten teacher in Egypt in the light of the process engineering approach.
