Abstract

The government sector constitutes a large proportion of the total economic sectors in most countries of the world, and deals with all categories of citizens, residents and organizations, so this dealings are characterized by a multiplicity in its quality, means, manner and models according to its different procedures, implementation steps and locations, and despite this, the government sector agencies are still dealing in ways Traditional administration or simple electronic management, which is not commensurate with the importance of the role entrusted to that sector and the great development occurring in Arab and foreign countries in that field and the extent of its ability to deal with administrative and environmental problems and employ smart solutions to solve them.
