The Influence of Physical Activities on Improving the Memory of Elderly

Abstract
o improve elderly memory develop habit of carrying a memo book and writing things down including a "to do list", start the day reviewing what's on the agenda to help keep personal control and to avoid the frustration of forgetting. In general observation that what is good for the health of elderly body is good for elderly brain as well. Exercise doesn't mean that person have to run in a marathon race. Mild physical activities like brisk walking, jogging, playing a game like golf or simple exercise can help a lot in improving the health of the brain and reducing the chances of several brain disorders like Alzheimer's disease. 30 minutes of such activities two or three times a week are enough for an individual. Those physical activities are particularly very beneficial that involve learning of new stuff, and improve memory of elderly (WHO, 2018).
The aim of this study is to evaluate the Influence of physical activities on improving the memory of elderly through:
1- Assessing elderly knowledge regarding to physical activity.
2- Assessing elderly performance regarding physical activity to detect their needs.
3- Planning and implementing physical activity training program based on elderly needs.
