Abstract

Tall buildings have become a common form and part of the contemporary urban landscape. Whereas, the high density within cities and then the high price of the land made the tall buildings economically acceptable, and they were constructed for several functions as a result of the efficient use provided by them within the limited land. Therefore, shape emerging from nature has effectively proved the optimum solution for environmental performance in terms of heat and lighting compared to geometric shapes in skyscraper buildings.
