Abstract
Family in fact is the womb of society, in which children find the appropriate innate climate in which they grow up in all their stages starting from childhood until reaching adulthood. In terms of a balanced rearing, free from mental disorders and behavioral problems; the family will be the big window, from which the child overlooks and learns most of regulations, controls, restrictions and prohibitions that community imposes on his behavior. This qualifies the child to deal with others outside the family, which is subjected to the process of stimulation, response, exchange, as well as psychological, social, and cultural absorption, through which the child generates emotional, social, and cultural needs, and through which the basic dimensions of his personality structure are formed .
Study Objectives:
The current study drives at preparing a program to modify the inconsistent behavior of children in residential facilities, examining as well, its effect in terms of providing them with the skills of consistent behavior.
The scientific and applied objectives of the current study can be formulated as follows:
1. Identify the most common manifestations of the inconsistent behavior among children in residential facilities.
2. Identify the effectiveness of the program for modifying the inconsistent behavior of children from residential facilities.
3. Preparing a program for modifying inconsistent behavior to train children in residential facilities on the skills of consistent behavior.
4. Proposing the program as a model for designing similar programs for training and modifying behavior of children in residential facilities.
