Abstract

The research discusses the importance of including global dimensions and modern agricultural development approaches in the planning process of land reclamation projects to maximize the developmental return of the land reclamation sector, which is detrimental to the overall development process.

The research has achieved the scientific additions that serve the formulation of planning policies for land reclamation projects in the light of the application of global dimensions and modern agricultural development approaches with the aim of maximizing the developmental returns of land reclamation projects in Egypt by reaching standards and requirements for the application of global dimensions and entrances to modern agricultural development at the level of Egyptian governorates and determining the characteristics Land reclamation projects capable of applying global dimensions and agricultural development approaches, in addition to the elements of the spatial dimension required to maximize their development returns. The research ended with the development of policies that can be included in the preparation of strategic plans for land reclamation projects.
