Abstract
The adrenaline and dopamine participate in the regulation of a wide variety of physiological functions in human body and in medication life. Determination of adrenaline hydrogen tartrate and dopamine derivatives was performed by spectrophotometric analysis depending on the formation of new colour complexes. Three procedures were applied
using I, potassium ferricyanide and copper tetramine complexes. The
proposed procedures were efficient in quantitative determination of levodopa and methyldopa in Levocare and Aldomet drugs, which used in medication of Parkinson's disease and in hypertension. Levodopa concentration range in urine confirm the infection with Schizophrenia. The proposed procedures were used to the patient medication with fast, accurate and most efficient results.
