Abstract
The adrenal gland composed of adrenal cortex & medulla. The adrenal cortex secretes 3 types of hormones, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids
& sex hormones, excess of glucocorticoids leads to cushings syndrome which confirmed by isotope dilution method. Addison's disease results form decrease aldosterone secretion which primary. The adrenal medulla secrets catecholamines adrenaline 80% & nor adrenaline 20% in which pheochromocytoma results form increase its secretion.
