The various radiological procedures for diagnosis of posterior fossa S.O.Ls. with the advantages and disadvan• tagess of each procedure were described with special attention on the role of CT on the diagnosis of different posterior fossa S.O.Ls.
In our study; 134 cases of posterior fossa S.O.Ls. were studied, BO of these patients were males and 54 were females, their ages ranged from one year to 65 years.
