cutanaous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), which is a monoclonal I
neoplastic disorder of T-helper cell lineage. Constitutive I
I
activation of NF-KB in CTCL cell lines has been suggested to I
play a role in survival and apoptosis resistance of neoplastic I
\ T lymphocytes. The aim of this work was to investigate the constitutive expression of NF-KB in cases of mycosis fungoides before and after PUVA. The results of the study have shown that constitutive expression of NF-KB is a characteristic feature of mycosis fungoides and that PUVA downregulated NF-KB in mycosis fungoides patients.
