Abstract


Evaluate the impact of indoor air quality (climate elements and ammonia), indoor air microbial profile (bacteria and fungi loads), applied biosecurity levels and vaccination index in field investigated boiler farms on the humeral immune response against infectious bronchitis disease and vaccine during cool and non-cool seasons in Egypt. This field study included construction of questionnaire for recording farms data, management indicators, applied biosecurity procedures for evaluation and scoring biosecurity and determining levels, kind of used vaccines, cleaning and disinfection protocol , pest and rodent control, presence of respiratory symptoms suspected to be IBV or recognized infection. The collected data were subjected to statistical analysis.
