Abstract
This investigation was carried out during the two successive seasons 2019 and 2020 in a private farm El-Ghandour farm, Cairo Alex Desert Road K78, Egypt. This study consisted of four experiments to evaluate the effect of zinc and manganese nanoparticles and their combinations as foliar spray on biomass, yield and fruit characteristics. The first three experiments were conducted on 3-years-old Crimson seedless grape cultivar grafted on Richter rootstock. The treatments had been sprayed for three times in each season in (April, May and June). The experiment was carried out in a complete randomized block design in five replicates. Data of vegetative measurements were analyzed using repeated measurements analysis. The data of physical characteristics of the fruits and fruit bio-chemical components were analyzed using One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
The fourth experiment was conducted on New Zealand white rabbits to evaluating the residual effect of the recommended treatments used in the previous experiments. The experiment was carried out in complete randomized design. The data of body weight, weight gain were analyzed using repeated measurements analysis. Biochemical data were analyzed using One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
All statistical analysis of the different traits of all experiments was performed using the SPSS program software (SPSS, 20). Differences among experimental groups were tested by Duncan’s Multiple Range test (Duncan, 1955).
