Local and regional cheek flaps are the ideal method for I reconstruction of facial defects because they give an excellent color i and texture match.

Cheek flaps are used in reconstruction of lower eyelid, nose, upper and lower lip, cheek and oral and oropharyngeal defects by using varieties of cheek rotation flaps, nasolabial flaps, advancement flaps, subcutaneous pedicle flaps, transposition flaps and cheek island flaps.
