Abstract


Parents’ satisfaction is considered to be a measure of health care, Parents’ satisfaction is defined as the perception of parents’ needs expectation being met it is rapidly becoming a primary indicator for evaluation and comparison of quality in health care plans (Erden, 2016).
Minor surgery is any invasive operative procedure in which only skin or mucus membranes and connective tissue is resected to improve health status, from advantages of minor surgery the recovery time is short, children return to their usual activities rapidly, return home at the same day and little risk to the life of the patient (Townsend, 2017).

A descriptive design was used to conduct this study.
Setting:
The study was conducted at surgical daily care unit at pediatric hospital affiliated to Ain Shams University Hospital because it represents public sector of Egypt and most of patients are coming from different governorate.
