Abstract

The Fas was the most important gene identified as an inducer of apoptosis by ligation with its Fas ligand.

The Fas expression in some neoplastic derrnatoses may suggest a role in their pathogenesis. Thus, this study aimed at investigating the expression of Fas and its possible role in the pathogenesis of some malignant cutaneous neoplasms (SCCs, BCC, MF, MMs).
