Effect of Abortion on Health Status of Teenagers Married Women in Rural Area

Abstract


Teenagers: a transitional period between childhood and adulthood. The stage of teenagers is characterized by changes in biological, cognitive, psychological, socio-emotional, moral, educational and vocational developmental change (Ghodrati, 2018). Teenage pregnancy: is pregnancy in female under the age 19 years. The serious issues that impact on the future of young women; Medical complications often occur in teenage pregnancy including: anemia, toxemia, hypertension, and premature birth of the baby, emotional crisis lead to rash behavior, attempting to self-abort the baby or suicide attempt. Teenager's women risk for ectopic pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, premature rupture of membrane and preterm labor (Liu, et al., 2018). Public health nursing is a field for professional practice in nursing and health field where technical nursing skills and personal, analytical and organizational relationship are applied on health problems to affect on community, these skills are applied for coordination with these other people and health care workers ( Perry & Olshansky, 2018 ) .
