OCCULT MULTICENTRICITY OF BREAST CARCINOMA

Abstract

The present study comprised 20 patients diagnosed by FNABC as I cancer breast and to whom modified radical mastectomy was done after full I clinical, laboratory and radiological investigations have been made including preoperative mammography for identification of multicentric foci. The

mastectomy specimens were dissected for gross and histopathological study I of the primary tumours and multicentric foci following a technique slightly I modified from that of Egan's et al 1996.
