Pre-operative Versus Post-operative I Radiotherapy in T3 Carcinoma of the Bladder

Abstract
This study is a prospective analysis for 100 eligible patients with T3 bladder cancer between October 199S and December 2000. Patients were randomized into 2 groups: group I (50 patients) received pre-operative radiotherapy to the pelvis aiming at 50Gy/25I:s/5wks followed by radical cystcctomy and group If (50 patients) underwent radical cystcctomy followed by postoperative radiotherapy to the pelvis aiming at 50Gy/25Fs 5wks
