Abstract


Implantation of hydroxy&paule ceramic in osseous defect favor biologic response lowards bone healing. The used hydroxyapatiie had a pore size of 200-800 j.im which is considered in the optimum range. The pore sizes are important factor in allowing and enhancing bony growth K>dfO\y.ipIttit^ ceramic acts through its osfeoconductive ability as scaffold alW mi: osseous defect healing np lo 4 cm wuh 75% success raie.
