Abstract


Evidences had recently been published suggesting that the prevalence of H. pylori infection might be increased in diabetic patients. The extradigestive manifestations of H. pylori infection including
cerebrovascular and cardiovascular involvements are strongly suggested, there is now a growing body of evidence to strongly suggest that coronary heart disease may be primarily an infectious disease.
