Effect of Post Abortion Counseling, It’s Effect on Woman Life Style

Abstract

Post abortion counseling is most necessary because Complications are much more common in this period and more of life changes happen so its crucial assesses the factors that affect their life as a way and we need for post abortion counseling to decline post abortion complication and promotes the quality of life for post abortion women. This study supports the idea that there are many different risk factors that can lead to abortion and developing related health problems. Post abortion period can be a difficult time for many mothers, but it is important that they are aware that what they do and how to change negative lifestyle to healthy lifestyle to prevent post abortion complication and repeat another abortion. Aqausi-experimental study is done; the aim of the study was to study effect of post abortion counseling on woman life style this aim was achieved through answering the following questions: Post abortion counseling has positive effect on woman lifestyle and prevents most of complication and prevents recurrence of abortion. This study was conduct at post delivery room at Ain Shams University Maternity Hospital 10 % from total admission aborted women attend at labor unit at Ain Shams University Maternity Hospital (116 case out of 1160 aborted women attend in year 2017). The subjects of the present study included 116 aborted women at the previously mentioned settings, and selected under the following inclusion criteria: Age from 18 to 45 year, different gravity & parity, free from any diseases, all women have actual abortions regardless type of abortion.
