Abstract


Evaporation is one of the most widely used operation for manufacture of a •variety of products in the chemical process industries , including food industry. In this study, the use of Triple Effect Evaporator in the concentration of tomato juice (5% wt.) to produce tomato paste (36% wt.) , which is used in Paste and Juice Company in Sadat City was economically analyzed , and comparing other
