APPLICATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS ON SEWAGE SLUDGE DIGESTION

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to apply the risk management approach from the engineering and management perspectives in the sewage sludge digestion. The work in this thesis shows how applying the risk management can enhance the overall project situation, by getting a global look for the project and analyzing all of the potential positive and negative events. In the path of performing this approach, the sludge system is scientifically explored, in the light of collected field data to verifying the theoretical parameters by some of the field cases from a well-known Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
