Abstract
This study was carried outatAnshas poultry Experimental station Animal Production Research Institute, Ministry of Agriculture, Egypt. The aim of this work was to investigate the difference among three local Egyptian chicken strains through observation of egg quality, egg production, physical and biochemical parameters of strains. One hundred and eighty 24 weeks old Golden Montazah, Mandarah and Matrouh were used in this study.
