Abstract
This cross sectional study was done in EL-HARAM and OM EL-MASSRIYEEN hospitals to clarify the relation between the health state of the mother and the milk composition. The study
was done on 70 multigravida mothers with an age range of 22 to 32 years. Pregnant mothers were subjected to full clinical investigations on admission to hospital. Parameters indicating socioeconomic class of those mothers were recorded. A 24 hour dietary recall was also made.
