the results of cataract surgeries in children. This study was carried out on 22 eyes of 15
children who were admitted via the outpatient clinic of the Ophthalmology Department, Alexandria MainUniversity Hospital. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of pars plana lensectomy and capsular ring support as a primary procedure for secondary
intraocular lens implantation in children.
