Abstract
A total number of 400 (50 ± 5 g B.Wt) fish sample about 200 Monosex tilapia and
200 Mugil cephalus were collected a live from Barseek Fish Farm at Behera provinces for
study of:-
the pathogenicity of Edwardsiella in Mugil cephaluis and Monosex tilapia via
clinical signs and P.M.Leasions and calculation of L.D50 , its effect on blood cell
constituents
