Conclusively, single fractionated palm olein of (57: IV) could
be blended with Cso at level of 10% to pass cold test. Higher
levels could be incorporated when other seed oils were used.
DFPO is recommended for blending In winter whereas single
fractionated could be used in summer blends in order to remain
clear on the storage shelf.
