Abstract


Clinical and pathological studies of axillary lymph nodes is and will remain one of the most important factors in the management of breast carcinoma and it provides valuable information for : staging of breast carcinoma, tailoring of therapy ( as regarding ; surgery to be done, and post-operative therapy), and the prognosis of each individual patient. The aim of this study is to detect the presence of axillary lymph nodal micrometastases which is missed by routine pathological
examination.
